“Rest in Peace” Ja’Net DuBois

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Ja’Net DuBois. She passed unexpectedly and was found in her home, at the age of 74. She was an amazing actress who played “Willona Woods” on the hit show “Good Times”. She also lent her talent to the hit song, “Movin’ On Up”, for the sitcom “The Jeffersons.” She will be truly missed. I got a chance to meet one of the actresses from the show “Good Times”, a few years back. She reminisced of Ja’Net’s career and talked about the lovely friendship that they shared. Please keep Ja’Net’s family in your thoughts and prayers.
